I think most of us know by now that we become what we think upon. But what continues to be more and more my life mission is to help people understand what exactly they are thinking upon. It is one thing to be bombarded by every type of social media coming at us at all times of the day and night, but then put on top of that the thoughts in our head, and you have a full time job being the warden of our own thoughts!
This is why it is more important then ever to know your Core Beliefs. Knowing the very core root of where your thoughts stem from makes it so much easier
to identify the thought before it becomes an action. If I know what my core Limiting Belief is, I am better able to identify the other little lies
that creep in to support that lie way before I find myself in an emotional state that takes me into a dark place where nothing good ends up
So to say our thought life has a huge impact on what does and does not manifest in our lives is something we must take note of. I think the best way to
identify your thoughts is to know your (2) Core Beliefs, which are the good and the bad beliefs that run our lives. How do you find out your Core Beliefs?
One option is to take the Unique Contribution Workshop which will, without question, identify both of your Core Beliefs very clearly. The other way
to identify your Core Beliefs is to take a few minutes and think of the high point in your life that had the greatest impact and the lowest point in
your life that had the greatest impact, then answer the question, "Why?" Why was that your highest and lowest point? The answer to those questions
will give you a great idea of what matters most to you in life, and in those two categories lies what you spend most of your time focusing on. Your
responsibility is to heal through the low and give your pain purpose, and then think upon the high point and release more of that in your life. This
will really help you experience more of the life you know you were meant to live!
